Full Planning Permission has been granted to Coleraine Borough
Council to build a village hall and shop at the main car park in
Portballintrae.
The plans include a meeting room, kitchen and main hall built to
accommodate 140 people seated.
There will be a ground breaking ceremony at 2pm on February 15,
2007.
The Residents of Portballintrae wish to thank Coleraine Borough
Council and the Rural Development Council not only for the financial
assistance but also for their tenacity and belief in the project.
